All NC Designs pieces are crafted from hallmarked S925 sterling silver or 9ct yellow gold. Every piece is cast and finished by hand in our Melbourne studio.
How long does shipping take?
Standard Australia Post shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping is also available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within Australia. International shipping may be available in the future.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. See our Returns page for full details.
Are your prices inclusive of GST?
Yes, all prices displayed include 10% GST as required by Australian law.
How does the loyalty program work?
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Redeem 100 points for $1 off your next purchase. You can redeem up to 50% of your order total using points.
How do I find my ring or bracelet size?
Our product pages include a size guide for each category. For rings, AU sizing runs from H to W — if you're unsure, we recommend measuring the inner circumference of a ring that fits. For bracelets, measure around your wrist in mm and add 10–15mm for comfort (e.g. a 165mm wrist suits a 180mm bracelet). For bangles, measure your knuckle circumference in cm.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also view tracking in your account under Orders.
How do I care for my silver jewellery?
Store in a dry place, avoid contact with chemicals and perfumes, and clean gently with a silver polishing cloth. Our Care Guide has more tips.
