How we deliver your jewellery to your door.
We ship to all Australian states and territories via Australia Post.
Handmade items are typically shipped within 3–5 business days. Pre-loved items ship within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 2 PM AEST are processed the same business day (weekdays only).
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the Australia Post website or in your NC Designs account.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
